Worship Schedule Survey

As part of our desire to better serve our congregation and ensure that our worship service schedule is as convenient and accessible as possible, we are conducting a short survey regarding the timing of our church services once the Forrest Avenue campus opens.

Your input will be invaluable in helping us make decisions that accommodate the needs of our community.

No personal information (i.e., Name, Membership Profile Numbers, etc.) is necessary; however, we kindly request that you complete only ONE survey.

Fulton Street Campus at 8:00 AM (Sunday School: 9:45 AM) | Forrest Avenue Campus at 11:00 AM

**Please note that if we have two services, we ask that everyone come together on first Sundays at the Forrest Avenue Campus at 11:00 AM.

**If the preferred service schedule becomes challenging (i.e., seating) to have one service on the first Sunday due to the continued growth of our congregation, we will return to two services EVERY Sunday with 8:00 AM (Fulton St) and 11:00 AM (Forrest Ave).
